Initiate Your Request
Log in to your TSEShop account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the sports equipment or apparel back into its original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding and documentation are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
